When it comes to your digital wedding album, there are so many choices!! Your wedding photographer will probably show you one or two album companies that he/she prefers to work with. More choices would be even more confusing for the excited bride and groom!!
This NJ wedding photographer is always on the lookout for the latest in wedding albums. That’s why it’s so important for your photographer to be a full time professional in the business–attending trade shows, participating in professional organizations and staying on top of the best and latest in the world of wedding photos.
I happen to love designing albums using the Graphi album software. I think Graphi albums are unique-there are so many possiblities that the only liomit is the designer’s imagination and the client’s budget. Graphi albums are used by some of the world’s best wedding photographer.

Here are a couple of sample pages from my recently designed albums. You can see more videos and wedding photos videos on my Biz FaceBook page.

As a New York/New Jersey photographer, I do have clients who are glamorous and influenced by the New York lifestyle and celebrity scene. This bride truly projects her unique sense of fashion and design. She created the unusual headpiece she wore, which will make for a great detail shot in her digital wedding album. Keeping the backgrounds simple and the light natural also enhanced the quality of these wedding photos. When you select your wedding photographer, be sure to look at a wide range of his/her work, from print to electronic and large (wall) format as well as album size. Keep your eyes open and you will love your wedding photos!

Not far from Central Park and the hustle and bustle of metro NY/NJ, Center Bridge Inn is perfect for a weekend, perfect for a week, perfect for a wedding!! Why not combine your time at this great Inn in New Hope, PA with a Walkabout with ZaZa. We’ll start photographing inside this charming inn, moving to the patio where your wedding ceremony/celebration
and cocktail hour will take place. Then, let’s cross the picturesque bridge to Stockton. NJ where you can make a wish at the famous wishing well. Back across the bridge for an ice cream and a bike ride along the canal—40 miles of bike paths!! Amazing how many great photo memories can be created in such a small area! The same wedding dress shot three different ways–natural, still in wrapping with paper contrast nicely with final, formal portrait and processional images for this bride’s digital wedding album. Talk with your wedding photographer before your wedding about how to shoot your dress–could be outside hanging in a garden, indoors backlit by a window, on a bed with shoes and jewelry. The variations are as endless as the number of wedding photographers! The photography for your wedding day is so important–these are your memories that will last forever!! This weekend I shot in beautiful Bristol, RI, a world away from the hustle and bustle of North Jersey. This wedding shoot makes me want to talk about the relationship of trust between the bride, the groom and the photographer. When there is a foundation of trust, it will be easier to work together on the wedding day. No matter how calm the couple thinks they are, there is still lots of tenseness and anxiety; a good working relationship helps everyone get through the day of photographing with more ease and fun!
When I was shooting the bride at the hair salon, I realized she and her attendants had their dresses there. I suggested that they dress in the shop and they “parade” the couple of blocks to Linden Place, a museum that was once a family home in this historic town. This replaced the shoot we planned to do at the house. The parade through the street was not only fun, but the photographs are unique and will make a great story the bride can share with her children someday. She went along with this unusual idea because we had built a relationship over the last year and she trusted me.
I had suggested walking to the water before sunset-just a short-walk but she didn’t want to. So… after the toasts I suggested we stroll through the gardens in the beautiful 7PM light-the bride was a bit hesitant to leave the party; the husband said “Yes”, let’s go!” He had a sense of what I knew–that the photos would be amazing–and they are. You can see some of them in this blog. How great to have the chance to connect to both bride and groom!!

Where there’s trust, there are great photos and gorgeous wedding albums, portraits and other lifetime memories of the day!

Top 10 Honeymoon Destinations listed today by Liberty Travel Can you guess what they are? Where are you dreaming of going? Answer: All beach locations except for one city! Can you guess ??? Paris!!! And what a city! For those beach resorts be sure to see the pages and pages of great items on Net-A-Porter.
As for photography, why not include honeymoon shots in your wedding album. If you get a gorgeous sunset by itself, your creative photographer can make that the background for a spread of the two of you kissing or dancing, for example, in your wedding clothes. Photo magic! You might want to think about hiring a local photographer experience with newlyweds to get some professional shots for your digital album.
IMPORTANT! If you are going to be using a new camera, you must practice with it well before your wedding. Otherwise, you may be disappointed with the quality of your shots. You can incorporate honeymoon images into your wedding album or make a unique album is a totally different style–let’s say a hardcover coffee table book. This NY/NJ wedding photographer has tons of ideas including handwritten comments to personalize the photos. Have a great time!!
The Liberty Travel Top Ten list includes: Tahiti, Paris, Maui, Costa Rica, Cancun, Antigua, Riviera Maya, Bora Bora, Anguilla and St Lucia. I suggest looking at barefoot, Windjammer cruisers–they are the best!!!

Step down the aisle in a gorgeous dress and don’t forget the shoes! I shot a wedding where the bride wore white flip flops! May have been comfortable for standing during the ceremony, but in terms of photos and elegance, a bit lacking in style– in this North Jersey photographer’s opinion. With a bit of creativity, a good wedding photographer can turn a pair of shoes into a work of art that will make your photo album unique–just like you! For example, I shot a pair of silver heels on purple net with the bridal bouquet on top of a grand piano–cool!!! A shot of you and your new hubby walking in the grass barefoot while you swing your shoes makes for a natural, fun shot. And the list goes on…
Visit the virtual shoe museum online and get lots of great ideas for shoes that will enhance your look! On this most important day, you are a total package of loveliness, from head to toe! Of course, bring an extra pair of more comfortable flats for letting loose and dancing the night away!!!
